Edward Rosini

I am a 28-year old actor currently based in LA. I’ve also found paths as a writer, director, DOP and producer for several projects/web series. I’ve adapted Shakespeare’s plays into shows created to educate young students in which I performed, and I’ve written and directed a faux-noir radio play.

I graduated from Tufts University in 2016 majoring in drama. While there, my writing partner, Imogen Browder, and I wrote our first web series (Jules and Monty) and starred in it. During the last 3 years of college, we co-wrote two more original web series, which we produced and published on YouTube through our own production company, Neat-o Productions, in association with Tufts University TV.

Imogen and I also adapted a series of Shakespeare plays for the Boston Shakespeare Project (BSP), which awarded us a fellowship.  They included Midsummer Nights DreamRomeo and Juliet and Macbeth, and our troupe performed these shows as Teaching Artists for students in elementary and middle schools. The BSP program led to the establishment of Lord Barnum's Players at Tufts University, who continue to perform and educate.

My writing and directing experience sparked an interest in production that took me to an internship at the Colbert Report, and following that, a production position at WNET/WLIW. My work there included editing and packaging video news and writing scripts for arts and science programs.  I also went into the field as a cameraman to cover developing stories, which led me to several opportunities as a director of photography with Walk And Talk Entertainment.

Over the past 3 years, I’ve made my own business as a Professional Game Master - writing and running Dungeons and Dragons adventures for children and adults. It has afforded me daily opportunities to create engaging stories with improv, accents, and many silly voices.
